Main terms and conditions

– 1 Green Gem equals €0.01.
– Atlante stations: 10 Green Gems for every €1 spent on charging.
– ChargeLeague partner stations: 3 Green Gems for every €1 spent on charging.
– You can convert the Green Gems you’ve earned into credit, which can be used for your next charge on the Atlante network.
– If you pay for a charging session using Green Gems credit, Green Gems are cumulated only on the amount paid in euros. Example: with €5 in credit and a €15 charging session, you pay €10 and earn 100 Green Gems.
– Green Gems are calculated on the amount rounded down to the nearest €0.10. Example: €7.99 spent at an Atlante charger → you earn 79 Green Gems.

No. Atlante Go is available only for private customers.
The payment is charged automatically every 30 days to the payment method saved in the myAtlante app.

You perform a new charging session at an Atlante station for a total amount of €15 using the myAtlante app or the Atlante charging card.
€10 is paid with your available credit, derived from the Green Gems earned during Charge 1.
Only €5 is deducted from your bank card, which allows you to earn 500 new Green Gems.
Your Green Gems balance is now 500.

Yes. ChargeBack also allows you to earn Green Gems at partner operator stations available in myAtlante, with a different scale.
At Atlante, you earn cashback on 100% of your expenses. At other partner stations, you enjoy a 3% cashback per euro spent.
You can only use the available credit at Atlante or Powerdot stations.
General principle:
• €1 spent at a Powerdot or ChargeLeague station = 3 Green Gems earned
• 100 Green Gems earned = €1 free on a future charging session at Atlante or Powerdot.

myAtlante is a free app available for download on the App Store and Play Store, which provides access to Atlante charging stations and ChargeLeague partner stations (IONITY, Electra, Fastned) in the European countries where they are deployed, plus Powerdot in France. It helps you easily find the nearest charging point and start charging your electric vehicle. You can filter stations by power, connector type, and terminal availability.

The app does not affect charging times, which depend on:
1) The state of charge of your car’s battery
2) The model of your electric car
3) The power of the charging point

No, myAtlante does not support this feature.

Registration on the app is free. You must first link a valid credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro). American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay are not accepted at this time. The charging costs, indicated in the app, vary depending on the power of the charging point, the operator, and the offers you have subscribed to.

Check with your bank to ensure that the 3D Secure feature is activated for online payments on your credit/debit card.

The card will be sent free of charge to the provided address within 10 working days.

No, the Atlante Charging Card (RFID card) is neither credited nor rechargeable. It allows you to start a charging session without a smartphone. Costs are charged to the credit/debit card registered in the app.

In the main menu, select “Charging Cards”, click on “+” and enter the code on the back of the card. Your RFID card will be ready to use once activation is complete.

The virtual card, automatically generated in the “Charging Cards” section after registering your credit/debit card, contains a unique code and allows you to start and stop a charge via the app. The RFID card, which you can request and activate from the app, is a physical card that allows you to start and stop charging sessions. Each card has a unique code and is not linked to the other.
