ChargeBack is Atlante’s rewards programme that gives you back a percentage of the amount you spend on charging.

For each eligible charging session, you earn a percentage of the amount paid in Green Gems, which are automatically credited to your wallet in the myAtlante app and can be used towards your future charging sessions.


Green Gems are the rewards you earn through Atlante’s loyalty programme.

They are stored in your myAtlante app wallet and can be used to pay for all or part of your future charging sessions made through the app.

Green Gems cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users or refunded.


It’s automatic! Simply charge your vehicle in Portugal using the myAtlante app or an Atlante RFID card linked to your account.

Once your charging session is completed and paid for, your ChargeBack Green Gems are automatically credited to your myAtlante wallet, with no promotional codes or additional steps required.

Charging sessions started using third-party cards, apps or payment methods that are not linked to your myAtlante account are not eligible for ChargeBack.

You can also earn Green Gems through specific Atlante campaigns and partnerships.


From 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026, the following conditions apply to eligible charging sessions in Portugal:

ChargeBack is calculated based on the amount actually paid for each charging session, after any discounts, promotions or Green Gems used have been deducted.

Example: a €10.00 charging session

  • With Atlante Go: You earn €5.00 in Green Gems at Atlante stations or €2.00 at third-party charging stations.
  • Without a subscription: You earn €2.50 in Green Gems at Atlante stations or €1.00 at third-party charging stations.

If you use €2.00 worth of Green Gems and pay the remaining €8.00, ChargeBack is calculated on the €8.00 actually paid.


Yes. Green Gems are valid for 6 months.

However, the validity period of your Green Gems balance is renewed every time you earn or use Green Gems, in accordance with the myAtlante app’s General Terms and Conditions of Use.

Yes. ChargeBack also allows you to earn Green Gems at partner charging stations, with different reward rates.

Charging credit can only be redeemed at Atlante and Powerdot stations.

At partner stations:

myAtlante is a free app available for download on the App Store and Play Store, which provides access to Atlante charging stations and ChargeLeague partner stations (IONITY, Electra, Fastned) in the European countries where they are deployed, plus Powerdot in France. It helps you easily find the nearest charging point and start charging your electric vehicle. You can filter stations by power, connector type, and terminal availability.

The app does not affect charging times, which depend on:
1) The state of charge of your car’s battery
2) The model of your electric car
3) The power of the charging point

No, myAtlante does not support this feature.

Registration on the app is free. You must first link a valid credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro). American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay are not accepted at this time. No, the Atlante Charging Card (RFID card) is neither credited nor rechargeable. It allows you to start a charging session without a smartphone. Costs are charged to the credit/debit card registered in the app.

In the main menu, select “Charging Cards”, click on “+” and enter the code on the back of the card. Your RFID card will be ready to use once activation is complete.

The virtual card, automatically generated in the “Charging Cards” section after registering your credit/debit card, contains a unique code and allows you to start and stop a charge via the app. The RFID card, which you can request and activate from the app, is a physical card that allows you to start and stop charging sessions. Each card has a unique code and is not linked to the other.

Once the charging session is completed, you receive €5 in Green Gems and your friend receives €10 in Green Gems to use on your next charging session.

Your friend needs to go to the “Green Gems & Rewards” > “Promo code” section in the myAtlante app, enter the code and tap “Apply”.

In just a few seconds, it is done: Atlante takes care of the rest.

The bonus is credited as soon as your friend completes a charging session of at least €10 at an Atlante station.
